MARINE SALVAGE SOLUTIONS.
The Company was incorporated on 27/7/2017 and started trading October 2019. Its primary objective was to sub contract Salvage Operators to recover non - ferrous cargoes from shipwrecks. The Company has possession of information and data from many years of survey work carried out by the Directors around the UK.
The Directors and the team have been involved in many types of salvage over the years. This includes wreck removal and demolition, High profile recoveries of ancient Shipwrecks such as the HANOVER
circa 1763. This wreck was the subject of many TV films and broadcasts. The team lifted a collection of 58 large cannons plus the remains of the ship itself. They also carried out the conservation and preservation of recovered artefacts. Diving activities include mixed gas saturation diving, Surface demand air spreads and scuba diving. The majority of the salvage recovery work is by using large hydraulic grabs and cutters to effect entry into the cargo holds and recover any high value material. One of the Directors is a qualified explosives engineer and explosives are used on a regular basis especially on the more intact wrecks. We also work closely with some of the worlds top Researchers and Historians who have been invaluable in many previous discoveries.
The Company has an extensive work schedule that will last for many years without any further discoveries. It is currently engaged in lifting a cargo of copper ingots from a WW2 wreck off Cornwall.
The usual arrangement between the Company and sub -contractors is a straight 50/50 split after running costs. Whilst this is a fair and standard arrangement and works well per say. It soon became obvious that it would be much more profitable and cost effective for the Company to purchase its own salvage vessel or enter into a permanent partnership with a sister Company with common Directors and people.
It was decided to incorporate ‘‘TREASURE INVESTMENT GROUP LTD’’ and raise the necessary capital required to purchase and equip a salvage vessel to recover the thousands of tons of located valuable metals and to purchase and equip a survey vessel. This will be used to hunt and locate the high value treasure wrecks including
"THE MERCHANT ROYAL" while the salvage vessel is maintaining a substantial revenue stream for both Companies.
It will be the same 50/50 split between the two Companies, instead of paying a third party that is not related to either Company. This will ensure all profits stay ‘ In House.’
Put simply, after initial costs Marine Salvage Solutions will provide the ongoing finance for both Companies. The survey vessel will locate high value wrecks and the salvage vessel will recover the cargoes.

This partnership will be binding and will ensure enough work for an indefinite period. The Company is committed to provide training for future team members. Not just practical experience at sea, but everything from administration to research to diving and seamanship. Safe working practice as governed by Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered too at all times.
Any wreck that is deemed suitable for salvage in UK waters requires a licence issued by the appropriate Government Department before any salvage work can be undertaken. The Company currently holds four out of the five that are in issue and have applied for a further 12 which will be issued later this year.
The Directors have a sound working relationship with all government departments involved with shipwrecks which has been built up over many years. Under no circumstances will any illegal activities be carried out by either Company.
It is hoped that the Salvage vessel and Survey vessel will be operational some time next year.
